I would just like to clarify something I have got mixed up a lot with, but have now un-jumbled. I havent gone over it in a long time, so that is probably why. Healing with colours of the rainbow, ROYGBIV. What colour energy do you project depending on the severity? Here is a guide on which colour is best for what.

Red - Scrapes, bruises, low severity.

Orange

Yellow

Green - Medium severity level.

Blue

Indigo

Violet - Broken bones, torn muscles, high severity.

These are the colours I tend to use in healing. Talking about wavelengths here guys! Violet has the shortest frequency; and red has the longest. Which one do you think you would use to treat things of high severity, such as broken bones?A) Violet. You would project violet energy.

In healing, white can be used to heal anything, as it is a reflection of all the colours in the spectrum. It can heal bones, tissues, tendons, bruises, cuts, you name it.

So next time you are healing by energy projection, try using this method.

PS: Thank you, Espirit- for removing the fogginess out of my memory. :)
