Astral Eyes is a technique i taught myself a few years ago. Im not saying i was the first one to ever think of it but as far as i know i have no knowledge of anyone else ever doing it.

This technique allows you to see the astral plane without astral projection(however you must be able to astral project to do this technique). It allows you to be walking around in your every day life and see the world from a astral level if need be. It is challenging and took me 6 months to perfect but it is handy. One scenario is say you are walking around your home after doing some spirit communication and you get a bad feeling something hung around. To determine if the feeling is real instead of paranoia you can use this technique. If you wish to learn about it you can personal message me.
