Aura heating is the ability to rise up the temperature of your aura so that it may keep you warm during cold climates or to just help become better at pyrokinesis.

To start sit in a cold room until your body temperature drops to a low temperature and you feel cold. then concentrate of the heating property of fire and visualize a flame surrounding your body and imagine all parts of your body heating up and a strong fire inside your body do this till you are warm enough
