I wanted to know what to do about getting on the live chat. I've agreed to all the questions when I go thru it, but it always tells me I failed & have to try again. What am I doing wrong? I can see the chat, it even tells me on the feed that I'm logged in, but the moment I try to type in & hit enter, it says I have to agree to the chat rules again. Can someone help me?
