This will likely sound bazaar, but I do have learning issues and a common trait among people with my type of disability is that we like to follow rules, especially the ones that protect people either physically, mentally, and or emotionally.
I am not new to the site, but I do not yet understand the inner working of on line covens or information areas such as this. I have searched around the site for many hours trying to find information regarding some type of chain of command, but have not been verry successful.
Can anyone give me any links or information on where to go if you have seen older people ganging up on minors and tearing them apart in the mental and emotional respect? I do understand the rules say it is not aloud, but it doesnt say what to do if you see that it has happened.
