I'm fluent in pendulum automatic writing creating sigils and I've got a nice guide and I've got a naughty protective guide who stops the bad things that are attracted to me it's all totally new to me my guardian likes to keep me on my toes and let's the odd spirit channel into me without warning so the quicker I learn my stuff the better
