I've always had a problem with them only when I started to acknowledge the spirtaul reality I found out what a problem it is ,it's probaly something to do with the negativity my faimly produces and me as a product,and by that I don't mean some age old curse on my blood line that would be ridiculous I mean herdatory mental health problems,that span generations mainly depression And alcoholism . so my faimly isn't the most happiest of people I think so many years of negativity just piled into me made me an all you can eat buffet of negative emotions that and my own personal trauma. i have always just of ignored them ruby recently they Have been getting mean and cocky ofcourse I know they can not physically hurt me I hope when I'm half asleep they will touch me wrap there hands around my neck lean there faces close enough that I can feel them hovering, sometimes attacking me ofcourse in only fending of air, they have even take to invading my dreams corrupting them into nightmares I can live with a couple of nightmares but now there effecting my spirituality when I'm mediating or praying they will desperately try and lead my thoughts to other thing or when I'm relaxed dragging me into parinoa . You know the normal demon stuff I just need some help to evict them
