You can not "have" a dragon but you probably have a dragon guide. you need tomeditate and try find him/her, once you do ask it questions. Dragons speak English or Draonic Language so you may not know what they are saying since very little humans know their language. i have 2 dragons guides, Serephina and Tallatack. Tallatack speaks Draconic and very little English, he is an Earth Dragon where as Serephina speaks English and is an air/water dragon (not sure yet) you cant have a dragon as a pet but they can certainly help you
