Does anyone here practice Huna Magic as set out by Max Freedom Long? If so, what are your favorite or most practical applications of the system? I'm interested in hearing from the community on this subject.

(For those of you whom have never heard of this system, Huna is a system of Magic and Spirituality that was allegedly "Discovered" by New Thought practitioner Max Freedom Long whom claimed it began in Ancient Egypt and ended up being practiced in Polynesia and Hawaii. The practice revolves around fueling magical working through use of an energy (or life force) called Mana, which when channeled properly through the three selves of man (the Conscious, Subconscious and Superconscious) with various visualizations. Attracting beneficent spirits to manifest magical feats is also prevalent in the system. There is a Lot more to it than that, but that is the basics.)
