I'm having trouble believing that what I will do will work- I have no trouble believing in other people's magic, but mine is always "not working" in my mind. I realize that this (probably) is because I doubt it will work before I start. But I've set myself up for disappointment so many times I find it hard to gain any confidence anymore. Visualisations/Practices/Meditations (etc.) for this?

(This concern mostly stems from me not believing whatever AP technique will work for me, but the few magic spells/rituals I do are also interrupted by this.)
