I need some help. I really don't know where to start. I'm am quote psychic. I see spirits and fae and many other things. I usually see spirits as just black shadows with the persons outline. I have very vivid dreams and lucid sometimes too. I've been trying to Astral Project for months but usually get to the vibrational stage and that's it. I'm not very clairaudient though lately its gotten better. I am very very clairsentient and I am also an empath. I love doing tarot readings and tea leaves and scrying. But I don't feel like I've gotten the most out of my powers. I want to be able to see and hear and communicate with spirits better, I want to be able to help others with my "gifts". I hope it is possible for me to develop my psychic powers. Id appreciate any help you could give me! Maybe on exercises, meditations, teas, herbs, spices, foods, anything like that.
