Hello everyone, I just have a bit of a problem. I feel like I have a spirit holding me back from taking action in certain things. I don't want to go into detail, but the spirit I don't think is evil or necessarily here to hurt anyone, but I just want to protect myself from this spirit and the energies it feels like it's giving off. I really think it's a old family member, but not so sure. The only thing I know how to do is smudge my home and myself but I don't think it's helping. Can anyone recommend some herbs, crystals, or anything else that can protect me and/or my home from unwanted spirits, good or bad. I would prefer having something like a crystal, or even a herbal amulet or talisman to keep on me that can help protect me from unwanted spirits when I try to go about my everyday life.
