I was wondering if anyone here has advice/youtubevideos/free online sources that can help me with meditation. If I google or youtube there are various umpteen amounts of information and because of this I have no idea where to start. It can all be very overwhelming for me.

So does anyone have any videos/websources/ that have helped them mediate? I would love to hear them. Thank you,
