I am new as the title says and I have questions, I looked (not very hard but hey I still looked) for these answers and didn't find them so here they are. I sometimes see the future in my dreams the catch is that I can't tell prediction from dream until they happen but when they do I know what'll happen a few seconds into the future, question is can I hone this skill and control it? The second question is whenever I meditate I feel a pressure on the inside of my skull, between my eyes. This develops into a tingling sensation first in my head and then spreading out through my body and then it becomes like electricity in my blood, and that's when I get on with the spell. My question is, is this normal?
