i need to know Meditation Dimensions,all of them , i need to master them all,i need to be powerful and wise

i don't want to summon any creature who will teach me,i just want to do it the hard way cause i know it pays.

*how many dimensions are there?
*how to pass each and every one?
*how do i know when I've passed each?if it's automatic.well you have to tell me something.
*is there any book?
* Do all meditations do the same thing? e.g Zen meditation and any other
