It has been two months and my energy feels like it is clogging up. I am psychic and I do talk to spirits, but recently I have seen some changes. I can't hear any one as well as I used to, and instead of seeing every one I either don't see them, or I see blobs of energy. I am getting a bit concerned now. I have been lighting incense and cleansing my room and my self, and I have been meditating regularly. I have also been grounding and centering myself to stop it. I sometimes don;t sense the spirits in the room sometimes now to. I am friends with some people on the other side and I am worried about loosing my ability. Please help? Is there any way to clear up the fogginess and fix this? Thank you so much!
