My 17 yr. old daughter had money owed to her from a distant friend from past. The girl owing is hispanic and 19 yrs old. She left the money in quarters only, $20 worth, in a zip lock gallon baggie with:
1). Strands of black hair
2). The individual wing of a flying insect.
3). And the words written on ziplock in sharpie, 4MSights

*What does this mean. What type of message is being sent?
