I was introduced to the topic of Past Life Regression Therapy recently. I'm sure it is used in the same part of the body as astral projection, being the third eye. But I had gotten very little information from it. If what I saw was true, I was a very beautiful Asian lady, about 20. I can't really remember what she looked like specifically. But I tried another position, one more comfortable to meditate in. I was just sitting there, and I felt a punt on my face and just ignored it. It was weird because it wasn't physical. But then a couple seconds later, it felt like my Pineal Gland shook so hard it was like a chainsaw. It was so intense I got up. Very weird O-o. Maybe anyone with experience can help explain this, although I've come to conclusion with myself with what I believe it is. Just curious haha
