Okay,to start you must have a piece of with parchment (paper) and red pen. To start,sketch the current moonphase(waxing for positive,waning for negative) it's better to do this alone by candle light. Then you sketch the runes. This is supposed to invoke some kind of emotion. When finished,you must keep it in a secret place,because if it's discovered it loses it's potency. After a month,it needs to be burned. Repeat if you want.
