So there are a few things I would like to start this thread with. I am currently on a quest to define my spirit, not who I am but what I am. With that I would like to hear others thoughts or stories, any ideas even. I see spirits, usually negative ones, both with my mind and with the naked eye. I commune with the universe often, and some things it tells me I cannot share. I wonder if others have had the same experiences or have any thoughts ect. I also often get frozen in my sleep, yet am conscious and aware physically, while having a vision or dream. I will experience physical symptoms when frozen based on what I am seeing and experiencing. I just wonder what you all think, and I would like to read some of your personal experiences if you are willing to share.
