Some health benefits of some popular fruit you eat and why you should include them in your diet:

apple:healthier teeth,good for your hearth,lowers cholesterol

Strawberry: excellent source of vitamin C,is high in antioxidants,helps prevent cancer,

grapes:Good for migraines,lowers blood cholesterol,heart disease,indigestion

pineapples:prevents cough and colds,strengthens bones,helps with digestion.

cherries:rich in antioxidants that help prevent cancer,helps with migraines,helps you sleep better.

kiwi:cancer prevention,good for bones and kidneys,blood sugar regulation,lungs.

pear:controls diabetes,good for your heart

orange:purifies blood,good for the skin,helpful for asthma,lowers blood pressure

bananas:good source of vitamin C,potassium and is fat and cholesterol free

Those are just some of my favorite fruits and there health benefits.Make sure to include some fruit in your diet everyone.
