Sorry for the akward title -I didn't know what else to call it

Is it possible to honor gods from multiple places and civilization? Like could one worship Thor and Aphrodite? I have struck a particular interest in Anubis, Isis, and Aphrodite. Is this possible or should one pick a singular mythology to believe?
