Okay so me and my dad was at the beach.. we live on a beach-house.. so we went outside and we saw what.. A MERMAID. I thought it was a illusion at first but my dad saw it too and it came closer to us.. then we just wen't inside.

Is this fake or real cause I highly doubt that mermaids are real
