So ive been told that i could be a guide and or an empath. I was told these things because when i was a little girl i use to have nightmares that involved my loved ones or the people around me to die and id wake up sweaty and screaming then i woudlnt sleep for days at a time. Now when i go to sleep i dont dream i wake up with what feels like a 5 minute nap. Then i get sudden random unexplainable urges of emotions and there strong emotions that just take over me and il be overcome with anger or just cry for no reason. So i was wondering what everyone elses opinion of theses things!
