Can anyone give some good references to check out for learning to manipulate energy? I have done some internet research but all of it seems to go in many different directions and is quite confusing, as the subject of energy and energy manipulation is extremely vast. From what I gather, this is a good subject to learn in order to help make one's spells more effective because it helps with one's intent and will. If anyone could list any references, techniques, or give any input, I'm sure not only I but others would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
