I always had this problem... When I'm in trance I immediatelly try to seperate; it seems I do with a problem; the hearing past of my conciousness is with my astral body, while all the others are stuck in my physical. It's horrible, I can hear me traveling and all these but I cannot see a thing, the crazy is I feel like I am in two bodies (the astral feels like hearing only not body sensations).

I tried to contact my guides, through a pendulum. I think they told me I hurry too much to seperate. It seems to me my consiousness is fully seperated when I try to lift my astral body up, although I have problems here due to chakras; I can't seperate fully.

I guess the solution to the second method is to open my chakras, but what is it in the first? I am just in hurry because I do not want to lose trance and get out of it...
