So I heard one of my friends talk about this "Astral Projection" so i decided to investigate a bit more. After I got some information I started to think a bit about it. For example: Is it your soul that is leaving your body (On Wikipedia it said "Astral Body" is that basically your soul?) If it is your soul can you be possessed by something while your soul is out of your body (If it is your soul)

If you can answer any of these question please do I really want to try AP!
