Please, I need help! I'm looking for very effective techniques that will make me have an astral projection but without falling asleep!! I want to reach the paralysis state without falling asleep. What are some easy techniques to do that?? And probably quick ones?? I so bad want this I feel it! I hope you answer thanks very very much everyone!!
