I have been trying to get to the sleep paralysis stage for over a year now. I have gotten to some weak vibration stages but everytime i get that far i just fall a sleep. I have tried to do binaural beats and I have tried to even do shamanic drumming sounds but every time I get close I just fall a sleep. Tonight I got to a weird stage of a weak vibration combined with a feeling of a spinning almost like the gravatron rides at amusement parks. I felt the spinning and it almost felt like a pulling but I couldn't get any further. Can some one comment on here or pm me with some helpful advice for inducing that mind set needed for AP. I have also tried to lucid dreaming but I can't seem to pull that off neither.
