This happened months back, but as it doesn't happen as often now, I am curious and a bit worried.

I was new to this graphic novel, and while I was researching characters, I came upon this character that was new to me, and I immediately became interested in that character.

Eventually after learning more about the character, I began to repeatedly have dreams of that character on a weekly basis, majority of the dreams I would wake up immediately after seeing the character, but many of the dreams I was actually be with in it with the character, not much interaction but more of staring/looking at each other.

I sorta grew a fear of seeing the character manifest in real life. There was also a time where I thought to see the arm of the fictional character, and possibly the outlines of the character's body.

The dreams along with the "hallucinations" did affect me in which I ended up going to sleep later at night. Another thing to note is that all these events occurred in my room. Ultimately though, now I am not very afraid of the character anymore, and I beleve that I have made a deep understanding of the character.

Were these incidents a case of Astral Projection, or something of the sort? And I would also love to contact the fictional character again, so I was wondering how since it doesn't happen as often.
