I have a few questions about astral projection. I've astral projected once or twice, but I've never actually left what looked like my bedroom. That brings up my first question.

Was I actually in the area of my bedroom at the time, or was that just an illusion and I only saw that because I felt I should see it?

Second question is this : A friend of mine says he's able to go into bedrooms (while projecting) and get people to astral project when they are either half asleep or completely asleep. He says that he 'helps' the person's astral body out of their physical body. Is this even possible? I'm not sure what to believe.
