Okay,so i have Read about Astral Projection,and it just sounds Phenominal. I would love to try it. Here are my questions.

How do You do it?
Whats the easiest method to doing it?
Whats it like?
I heard You can go to different demensions,is that true?
If so,how many demensions are there?
Can You be harmed while doing it?
Can You be easily disturbed out of it?
Can an outsider See your astral body?

I would really appreciate it If You could answer my questions,But You dont have to.
