Hey guys how is everyone? So lately i have been feeling that i know i can astral project at night mostly when i am sleeping. I was wondering what and how you can tell when you are projecting. I know that when your projecting that you start to feel real heavy vibrations around your body. But i know that i feel that i can astral project but a lot of times i can't tell if there astral traveling or lucid type dreams. I was wondering if someone could give me some ideas on what to expect and what to experience and to know.
