Poppet has instructions on here to AP. and i noticed on one of the conditions explains a state where you see figured of light on the back of your eyelids. and i was wondering what it meant all the time. cause i can close and cover my eyes at any time to see fuzzy shapes and pictures. people animals you name it. and every now an then. but not very often. ill see color. but a few months ago. i had a falling sensation a couple times. but saw no color. so im trying to figure out how to astral project. but ive seen so many idfferent things and descriptions on what its like. im not sure what to do.
