A lot of people would come to wicca because of a TV show or book they read and expect to be able to transforms to mermaids,throw fireballs, and do telekinesis. But wicca isn't about any of those things. Also people thinks wicca is any thing you want it to be as heard from Scott Cunningham but that's just not true let me give you insight on what wicca is so it may clarify things a little

?most wiccans believe in a moon goddess and Horned god
?the god and goddess can be seen as
Two polarities of the divine
As two separate deities
Worshipped along with a number of gods (soft polytheism)
Or numerous of gods (hard polytheism)
?wiccans actually don't "worship" nature as in praying to grass
and hugging trees we see nature as a apart of all things and respect it
?wiccans do celebrate seasonal changes,moon phase ect
