What should be training steps towards having such sensory of feeling lifeforms and their being around you. Later I learn that I can train on widening the area on logically applying more power ( or mind in that case ).
And advanced sheilding against psychic attacks.
I heard visualising walls and stuff around you works well when you know someone suddenly is trying to gain access to your mind.
