I know i will most likely be gagged or kicked off the site for this post but i feel the need to express my annoyance and i want a valid form of explanation to this question.

I know that there are many who are better at magick than me and know more, and i can completely understand that. That is how it is how the world works, there is always someone better than you. I accept this and understand this, however i find it rather annoying when someone who has only recently joined or has joined in the past six months become leaders of empty covens, and that are somewhat rather lacking in the magickal knowledge department.

I know i am sounding rather pretentious however i feel the need to say that coven leadership roles are being taken over by people who are actively claiming to be completely new to magick. Making matters worse in the past i have recieved messages from priests and priestesses of covens online enquiring on very basic fundmental skills and practices of magick.

I would just like to know why I and others who have practiced magick for far longer and have a reasonable grasp on magick are not allowed to run covens and people who are yet to learn even the basics are allowed too?

if anyone can give me some insight to this then please let me know,

Thanks for reading
