im in searchh for a teacher to train me preferably over the net next month, cash and meg is low. im a total newbie. today i meditated the first time and within 10-15min i could feel my nose move as i breath and the pulse in my ears. i dont do black magick since i might harm ppl out of anger. anyone intrested mail me ill respond as quick as i could
