I became a member a while ago (about a year). I read some books on basics of wicca and some fundamentals of witchcraft/occult. Now I wanna learn a little from people I can interact with more. Most of what I read says that will power and intent are what really matters in a good working, but most of the spells I've seen on here are just the words and supplies. I'm looking for more of what to visualize maybe, or how exactly to direct the energy in a specific spell?

Something iv been wanting to do is astral project. Can anyone help me or give me some tips on that? Although iv been having a lot of trouble sleeping recently so maybe advice for that?
