I am brand new here, does anyone have any experience with "Dream Herbs" such as Calea Zacatechichiand and Silene Capensis for "Lucid Dreaming". I am just getting into this and could really use some advise. I have been told this is a good way to meet and talk to your spirit guide.
Any Help at all would be very appreciated. I have always had problems remembering my dreams, I've tried a Dream Journal, but I go blank when I wake up. The only dreams I remember are my warning Dreams, only had a few, but they are things to come. An example is I dreamed my mother was dead and my family was all around me saying how sorry they were and I kept saying she wasn't. Two weeks later she was diagnosed with Cancer and few years later died. I have others, but like I said these are the only ones I seem to remember, because I wake up screaming. I also woke up screaming the exact time my past love died. We had argued and I had left him a few days earlier.
I need help with my dreams, if anyone has any suggestions please let me know...
