This meditation is helpful to beginners to get a feel for energy and it also helps with strengthening the aura and energy of the person.
First, relax your whole body, breathe in and visualize energy from all around you entering you, be careful to absorb only positive energy and not negative energy, then breathe out and visualize your aura spreading out arounf you like a fire and negative energy being removed from your body, breathe in again and visualize your body brightening as more energy enters you, breathe out again and visualize your aura spreading further and becoming more intense, a bright white.
Do this for a few minutes and you will feel refreshed and like your whole body is glowing, you can use this before doing spells or just do it daily to strengthen your aura and become refreshed.
