place the candle you pick picked and light it and say the words
-i summon this candle to shield me under the 4 elements
light the fire candle and let it burn for a mint then pour the red wax on your pick candle saying
-i bless this candle with the power of fire ever time its light may fire keep me strong
light the inset stick and let it smoke over the candle saying
-i bless this candle with air may ever time its light may the smoke carry away the negative that haunts me
pick up a bit of salt and sprinkle a bit over your own pick candle saying
-i bless this candle with earth may it stand strong on this earth grounding my room and i from the dark void
drip your fingers in water rubbing it over the own pick candle
-i bless this candle with water may it wash away the sins in this room

you can blow out the candle and relight it any time or leve it burning intill your done with it
