I come up with this myself , tryed it and worked for me! It helps to see fairyies , ghosts , magickal energies.

Best done outdoars on a waxing ( full ) moon. Lit the candle, using one hand hold crystal on third eye , in other hold herb. Knell on the ground and say:

"Guardians of Astral, Fairyes and Spirits,
Allow yourself to be see
by eyes of humble me,
Let the secrets be revealed ,
and my eyes trully opened ,
By the power of the Tree ,
As I say so mote it be!

Cover Your eyes with herb , than say 3 times : " Specto occultus !"

Than you'll see , kingdoms of magick. It can also happen that you see stuff in your dream, and later confirme that they were real.
