Grab your Wand or Athame and point it at the sky. Visualize the direction that you want the clouds to move and feel the energy move from your hand to the center of what ever you chose to the heavens themselve. when you feel like you have complete and total connection with the heavens breathe in and feel connected to the world and the skies in particular. The chant, ''By the power of the winged Dragon, master of the skies and winds, let the clouds move to where I desire them to. Oh great mighty Dragon grant me my desires and I will repay you with and offering. By the Devine power of the Goddess Aradia and the God Karnayna let my words become actions.
