When you are in a race etc. you want to go fast right? Well try this. This depends on the person but try to gather up your strongest emotion. Mine was anger. Yours will probably be something like jealously, anger, irritation etc. HAPPINESS WILL NOT HELP. Then put all of that feeling into your running, and soon you will be running like you have never run before.

This was very hard to explain. But if you possess the talent that of course you will be able to do it.
