Run. now vizulize every thing and sound turns to slow motion. think this till you do not no you are running. Picture you jumpping high, but a crazy is going off (any noisemust be crazy).... stop thinking. You are running super slow. Run SuperSpeed- Imagine you were wind. Imagine enrgie flying aroung and bursting into wind, then blows you high in the air. Become like the wind. I mean imagine you running so so fast. Quit thinking. You are fast. I only use this for races and gym activities.
