You can't change the physical plane with magick. You could try astral projection, you can make more changes on the astral, though I've been told if you do too much you could get in trouble [I only go there to speak with Dragons, so I've never run into anything, but some claim there are types of guardians who punish those who do too much changes. Just something I've heard, never personally dealt with]
