Many people face problems while doing visulization after practice also. There are many reasons behind it like blokes , fears ,etc. To remove them try this method. METHOD - First meditate. Then chant:

 

 

"Release remove and resolve. If I see with my 3rd eye it means I am crazy. Everyone will thinkI am crazy if I start seeing things. My parents will be mad at me if I start seeing things. Everyone else sees things ,I am no good because I cannot see anything. Visulization will be the end of me".

 

 

Chant this with focus. Then write it on white paper using black pen. After this you feel warm. Drink plenty of water because you are releasing.
