You cannot summon a physical dragon, but you can(within my knowledge)summon one in the astral plane.

This is not how you summon an astral dragon. If you are expecting a physical one, it will not happen either.

You call on Dragons in ritual like you would call on a deity to be present in a ritual. You don't need human blood. Dragon's Blood incense is kind of a grey area among Dragon Mages [though, I use it and never had an issue] When you call on the Dragon to be present in your circle for the ritual, it won't be physical, it will be there in a spiritual form, just as a deity would [you should have a statue, candle, or another object for them to rest in] When done, wish them safe travels home. As for summoning a physical Dragon by going ''here Dragon'' no. Dragon's are astral beings, not physical ones, you work with like a deity to gain insight and grow.
