Say this spell 5 times nonstop with a clear and loud voice.
Spell:
"Mother of darkness, I call upon thee. to send one of your full blooded vampyric sons or daughters to me. I wish for them to come and see me, so that he or she will sire me into what I am destined to be. Do this for me. to set me free. So mote it be."
The vampire(s)* should come within some minutes!!!
*In case you don't understand what "Vampire(s)" means, it's a female vampire.*
Quote ''so that he or she will sire me into what I am destined to be.'' Which indicates you are summoning a vampire to become a vampire. You cannot. Also, this is not how you summon an astral vampire either. Furthermore, if you are hoping to comment on my post, reply to said post instead of making a new one. It makes the conversation much easier.
